Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Thursday, December 3, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
IMPORTANT – SHOW SITE SHIPMENTS ARE NOT PERMITTEDAll exhibitor shipments must be sent to the designated Advance Warehouse. Direct shipments to the show site/hotel are not permitted. If a shipment is sent directly to the show site despite these instructions, the shipment will be received and handled by Goben Convention Services and applicable material handling charges will apply. Exhibitors may also incur additional receiving, handling, or storage fees charged directly by the hotel/venue. These hotel/venue fees are separate from Goben Convention Services' material handling services.
